| Scope of Work: |

The work to be done includes:
-
Cold planing the existing street surface (i.e.
grinding off up to 3" of the existing roadway surface).
-
Removing and resetting the existing granite curbing.
-
Realigning the granite curbing at the intersection of
Thayer, Waverly and Emerson Streets.
-
Adjusting the cast iron structures in the street.
-
Sealing all roadway cracks.
-
Placing 1 1/2" of HMA (Hot Mix Asphalt) wearing
surface.
-
Removing the existing HMA sidewalks and replacing them
with cement concrete.
-
Installing new and replacing old wheelchair ramps.
This work is expected to be completed by September 15,
2006
