From time to time, the Town will provide time-sensitive information here about how to apply for

specific affordable rental and home ownership units under development in market- rate projects that are subject to “inclusionary zoning” (the affordable housing requirements of the Town’s zoning by-law); |

|
specific affordable housing projects under development; or |
|
|
specific affordable units available upon turnover, for example, affordable condominium units subject to affordability restrictions which are being offered for resale. |
