Download Entire FY2004 Financial Plan (8MB) PDF When the FY2004 Financial Plan was released on February 15th, it was stipulated that a Revised Financial Plan would be developed to take into account any significant variance between the Plan’s assumptions about Local Aid and the Governor’s actual proposals for Local Aid. Now that the Governor’s FY2004 budget proposal (House 1) has been released, this revised plan is produced.
Subsequent to the submission of the Revised Financial Plan, the House of Representatives approved their version of the FY2004 state budget on May 9. The Local Aid figures contained in that plan had a further negative impact on Brookline, so another Revised Financial Plan was necessary. It is this Revised Financial Plan II that Town Meeting will be voting on when they convene May 27. Hard Copies of all versions of the Financial Plan are available at the Town Administrator's Office on the 6th Floor of Brookline Town Hall, 333 Washington Street.
