Advertising Fee is $10.00 to be submitted with the application and made payable to the TAB.

The applicant must first check with the Building Department before we can accept any application. Ten or more cars require a special Permit from the Board of Appeals.

An 8 ½ x 11 plan must be filed showing the manner in which the cars are to be parked.

Complete the attached Interview form and return it with three (3) letters of reference.

Fee is not paid until the license is approved.
