Fee payable after license is granted $225.00 per year - License expires January 1.

If Class I - please submit a copy of a written contract authorizing you to sell.

Any person who makes application for a Class I dealer's license should be able to produce a written contract with a motor vehicle manufacturer or with some person authorized in writing by a manufacturer to enter into contract with the dealer.

Therefore, the Class I licensed dealer who does not contract direct with the manufacturer must contract with a so-called distributor who is authorized in writing by the manufacturer to enter into contract with the dealer.

Dealer's number plates are not issued to persons holding Class I licenses who do not hold proper contracts as above.

If Incorporated, please submit Articles of Organization approved by the Secretary of State (must have Secretary's approval stamp on Articles) and a Vote of the Board of Directors authorizing the license application.

An Interview must be completed by the applicant and returned with three (3) letters of reference.
