ADOPT-A-POLE AND DISPLAY A FLAG
TOWN OF BROOKLINE
CELEBRATIONS COMMITTEE
VETERANS' OFFICE
(617) 730-2112

Would you like to have a flag displayed and flying in honor of a Veteran or loved one? Whether in memory or in honor of someone special, you can have a flag on display in their memory or in their honor from the 1st of May to the end of July each year for the next three (3) years (every three years the flag would have to be replaced). There are approximately 200 poles along the FLAG DAY parade route. The Celebrations Committee would like to have a flag on each of the poles for Memorial Day, Flag Day and July 4th. Would you like to participate in honoring someone special and your country?

ADOPT-A-POLE program will guarantee your wish come true!

Under the ADOPT-A-POLE program the Celebrations Committee will have an American Flag installed on each pole with a nametag attached to the bracket. The cost to provide and install the Flag, Flag Staff, Staff Bracket, and Name Plate is SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS.

If you would like to participate, please fill out the downloadable form (see below) and send it to

Celebrations Committee, Adopt-A-Pole
11 Pierce Street
Brookline, MA 02445
