Please have the following on hand to present to the Building Inspector when you bring the
permit in:
Drivers License
Construction Supervisor’s License
Brookline Builders License – (OPTIONAL)
Home Improvement Contractor’s Registration
Current or Updated Certificate of Liability
Copy of contract between you and the person you are working for
When there are blueprints or drawings involved with your Building Permit Application
make sure two (2) or three (3) sets are accompanied with the application.
Please fill out both sides of the application. Address must be on the front and back.
