How to Request an Abutters List, Mailing Labels and Map from the Town of Brookline?

 

THREE STEPS TO REQUEST AN ABUTTERS LIST, MAILING LABELS AND MAP

 

Step 1: Download the Abutters Mailing Label Request Form  (Adobe Acrobat PDF format).

Step 2: Fill out the form.

Step 3: Send the request form and a full deposit (if check, payable to the Town of Brookline) by mail or in person to:
