- How to Request a GIS dataset from the Town of Brookline?
  If you are a public agency, there are two ways to obtain a GIS dataset
from the Town of Brookline: -
- 1. Sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU in Adobe Acrobat Format)
between your agency and the Town of Brookline concerning the exchange of digital GIS Data
and GIS Data products. You will get the data for free. For detailed information, please

- 2. Follow the purchasing procedure below.

- If you are a private entity, follow the procedure below to purchase a
GIS dataset from the Town:

- Step 1: Download the GIS data request form (Adobe Acrobat PDF format)

- Step 2: Goto GIS Data Dictionary, find and list all the
GIS data layers you want to purchase.
- Step 3: Complete the form.
- Step 4: Send in the data request form and a full deposit (if check,
payable to the Town of Brookline) by mail or in person to:
- Attn: GIS Data Requests
- Information Technologies Department
- Town Hall, 3rd Floor
