- How to Request a GIS Map from the Town of Brookline?
 - There are numerous standard maps available from Brookline GIS and
they are listed on the Standard Map Request Form. You can also
order custom maps as well by filling out the Custom Map Request Form.

- Step 1: Download the Standard map request form
or the custom map request form (Adobe Acrobat PDF format).
- Step 2: Fill out the form.
- Step 3: Send the map request form and a full deposit (if check,
payable to the Town of Brookline) by mail or in person to:
