  5. Physical activity that counts towards exercise minutes is outlined in the Minutes Guide.

  6. Participants must keep a record of total minutes exercised every day in the “Weekly Minutes Log.”  The exercise week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday.  Participants must submit their “Weekly Minutes Logs” to their Team Captains by Monday each week.

  7. Team Captains must enter weekly totals for each team member online at www.townofbrooklinemass.com/onthemove.  The deadline for entering totals is 12 Noon each Tuesday.  The database will calculate the average number of minutes exercised by each team.  Team results will be posted online.

  8. Each week, two random drawings will be held to award prizes to one male and one female who met the exercise minutes goal.

  9. Each week, one team, who's members have averaged the weekly goal, will be awarded the trophy for "Team of the Week" through a random drawing. The trophy will be passed around each week.

  10. At the end of the challenge, a Team Grand Prize will be drawn randomly from teams that met the exercise minutes goal for at least 8 of the 10 weeks during the challenge.
