Spring 2008 ONLINE Registration Process
 

To register your child for the Spring 2008 Youth Soccer program ONLINE, click on the grade grouping/league below that you wish your child to be enrolled in. Next complete the online registration and payment process which will appear on the screen. Then please watch for a Release/Waiver letter to come to your home via US Postal mail, sign the mandatory Release form and return it back to Brookline Recreation promptly. Please understand that your child cannot be placed in the Spring 2008 Youth Soccer Program until we receive the signed Release form back from you. Many thanks!
