Soule Early Childhood Center PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) The PTO is dedicated to enhancing the educational program of the Soule Early Childhood Center by providing enrichment programs and events which strengthen the relationship between home, school, and community. the PTO supports the school community by funding educational and recreational projects that are not otherwise funded by the Center budget. We encourage a positive school / community relationship and promote open communication between administration, teachers and parents.
