| INFLAMMABLES FUEL OIL AND GASOLINE Application must be filed with plans. Must be advertised two weeks prior to the hearing. A $10.00 check made payable to the TAB must be submitted with the application. When the Ad appears in the newspaper, the applicant must pick up "Ad packet" which consists of an ad for each abutter, a list of abutters, and instructions to applicant. Once license is approved, Town Clerk handles annual renewal. If any changes in capacity of tanks, license change must be approved by the Board of Selectmen. Fee: $225.00
